Caring Village is a U.S. caregiving technology platform where families build a private, shared village of support to coordinate care together. The project was returning after a long hiatus with an active user base, and needed a clear roadmap, a modern interface over a legacy web app, a native iOS app, and a subscription model that fits a shared space.

Coduners ran a 1.5-month product discovery covering research, roadmap, backlog and subscription logic, then delivered a full UX/UI redesign with a new style guide and accessibility at its centre, a native iOS app built from scratch, and support for the client's Android and backend teams. We also built Julia, a generative AI virtual caregiver, and a freemium subscription model designed around the village rather than the individual.
